Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the c7cc website accessible at c7cc.io, including all betting, casino, gaming, and account management services provided thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the c7cc Platform and is permitted to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance held in a Player's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), representing deposits made and winnings credited minus withdrawals and losses.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any staking of Funds on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports event, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by c7cc to Players subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by c7cc before certain account actions can be completed.
• "Mobile Financial Services" / "MFS" means Bangladesh-based digital payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time-sensitive deadlines and operational hours referenced in these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active c7cc account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful, prohibited, or requires a specific licence that c7cc does not hold.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of c7cc, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written authorisation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the c7cc Platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling disorder or addiction that makes it inadvisable for you to use gambling services.

Age Verification Process

c7cc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any point during their use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be completed to c7cc's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any Funds pending resolution. Any winnings generated by a Player subsequently found to be under 21 will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on the c7cc Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering a c7cc account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. c7cc reserves the right to close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. c7cc will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact c7cc support immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification

c7cc may at any time require Players to complete a full KYC verification process before processing withdrawals, approving bonus claims, or continuing to permit access to the Platform. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (not older than three months), and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the temporary withholding of Funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

c7cc accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time and will be communicated via the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful processing by the MFS provider. c7cc does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same MFS wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. c7cc targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. c7cc reserves the right to conduct security checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

Prohibited Transactions

• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unlawful, or criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised with MFS providers without first contacting c7cc support constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment accounts without genuine betting activity ("money laundering") is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Depositing on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to deposit using your account, is not permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

c7cc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited.
• Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• c7cc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not cleared within the stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically.
• c7cc reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, or void any winnings derived from a bonus, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the c7cc Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

General Betting Conditions

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique reference number by the c7cc system. Bets placed in error — including on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error — may be voided at c7cc's discretion.
• Manifest errors in odds (including typographical errors, system malfunctions, or human data entry errors resulting in odds that are clearly incorrect relative to market value) may be corrected and affected bets settled at the corrected price or voided.
• c7cc reserves the right to limit stake amounts on individual markets or for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to allow odds to be updated. c7cc does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, the decision of the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL board) will be final. c7cc will settle markets in accordance with official results once confirmed.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant board. Abandoned matches and weather-affected results are settled per the applicable Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcome where applicable.

Casino & Game Rules

The c7cc Casino lobby features live dealer games and RNG (Random Number Generator) titles supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface.

Game Fairness

All RNG-based games on the c7cc Platform use certified random number generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are managed by independent live dealer studios subject to their own internal testing and compliance protocols. c7cc does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified game.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game session, c7cc will use all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, any Funds committed to that game round at the time of the malfunction will be returned to your account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c7cc Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other form of abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of collusion with third parties to influence the outcome of any betting market.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed profit regardless of outcome ("arbing").
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity documents.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair c7cc's systems or servers.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the c7cc Platform software or infrastructure.
• Facilitating or permitting access to the Platform by any person who is under 21 years of age.

Account Suspension & Closure

c7cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, c7cc reserves the right to forfeit any Funds remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to Player misconduct (e.g., regulatory change), any verified Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered MFS wallet within a reasonable period.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c7cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to system malfunction, or interruption of service.

c7cc's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

c7cc makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss, and c7cc bears no responsibility for losses incurred through normal platform use.

Amendments to These Terms

c7cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, c7cc will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via the Platform, by email, or by prominent notice on the c7cc.io homepage. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
